Over the past several months, the PlaneWave team has significantly debated the decision to increase product pricing. It had been our hope that the material cost trends would stabilize and reverse before we had to take action. Unfortunately, the cost of steel, aluminum, optical substrates, electronic components, and even resins has not rewarded such optimism.
After careful consideration, we have decided that it is necessary to increase many of our products’ prices by approximately 15%. New prices will be effective on October 15, 2021. Customers who place an order before October 15 will secure the current price. We encourage anyone who is interested in placing an order to do so as soon as possible.
On behalf of our entire team, we thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at +1 (310) 639-1662. A team member will be happy to assist you.
