PlaneWave is an authorized dealer for Finger Lake Instruments Cameras and can provide all the most popular cameras including the ProLine and Kepler Series.

ProLine sets the standards in key performance areas that include: Download Speeds, Cooling, Low Noise Operation, Anti-Ghosting Technology, Image Quality, and Linearity.

For large format imaging, the Kepler KL6060 camera is capable of taking up to 19 frames per second using the optional QSFP fiber interface. Available with a large 60mm front-illuminated sensor or high-QE back-illuminated sensor, this affordable camera is a game-changing solution for Space Debris Detection and Space Situational Awareness applications and is ideal for universities or dedicated amateurs who want to capture every possible photon.

PlaneWave offers adapters for many of the most popular FLI to PlaneWave configurations.

PlaneWave is an authorized dealer for Diffraction Limited’s  SBIG CCD Cameras and can provide all the most popular cameras including the Aluma and STXL Series with self-guiding filter wheel.

SBIG is a leader in providing complete imaging system including large format cameras, filter wheels, self-guiding filter wheels and Adaptive Optics (AO) systems.

The STX-16803 uses a large format Kodak CCD sensor with 16 million pixels at 9 microns. The sensor measures almost 37mm square. The STX series has superior cooling to -50 degrees C below ambient with air only. Water-cooling is also possible.

The Aluma AC Series represents the state-of-the-art in Advanced Scientific CMOS cameras for astronomical imaging systems. The Aluma AC4040 uses the GPixel GSENSE4040 CMOS sensor with 16 million pixels at 9 microns. The sensor measures almost 37mm square. The Aluma AC series has powerful two stage cooling and also supports optional water cooling.

PlaneWave offers adapters for many of the most popular SBIG to PlaneWave configurations.

PlaneWave is an authorized dealer for Andor scientific cameras and can provide all the most popular cameras.

Andor’s product portfolio incorporates a range of high-performance detector solutions for Astronomy, from high time resolution sCMOS and EMCCD cameras to slow scan CCDs.
